Q: How much is owing on my current loan?
Answer: 
You need to call your finance company and ask them for a settlement figure. They will want a date for a final payment. We can help with this.

Q: What are after market warranties?
Answer: 
Used vehicles do not necessarily carry any manufacturer's warranty, it is therefore advisable to take an after market warranty insurance at the time of purchase. Various warranty options are available. Our Business Manager will help you decide which of these options will best suit your needs. The warranty term has to be named at the time of purchase and can vary from 12 to 36 months. The conditions to which the warranty is subject are detailed in the warranty book. Decisions on any claims made under the warranty rests with the warranty provider.

Q: Is a vehicle inspection necessary before purchase?
Answer: 
It is the customer's decision whether to get the vehicle intended to be purchased inspected by an independent inspector. The inspection is carried out on the request of the client and is paid for by the client. The inspection report is then reviewed for any serious shortcomings. We are confident of the quality of our vehicles and are happy to include an inspection, as arranged by the client, as a condition for the sale.

Q: What documents are generally required to get quick finance approvals?
Answer: 
Proper identification, proof of income, and a clear copy of a valid driving license if provided at the time of application will help in getting an answer quickly. Sometimes a 30-day bank statement may be required.
