To Robbie, Gary and Blain

I just wanted to express my thanks for your help in finding me the perfect car for my needs. 
my husband and I came in at queen's birthday weekend after my car was stolen in Wailuku. I love my Nissan Tiida 
it is a fantastic car and I love driving it every day.

We would like to thank Shaun for the way in which he approached us today.

Usually one waits for the expected "sales person" to jump you on looking around a car yard, and yes, Shaun was right on cue; but we did not feel threatened by his presence; and there was something about Shaun that perhaps he does not even realise about himself. We really did not have to go through the "dreaded" search for a second vehicle.

Shaun asked the right questions, listened to us, and took us to a vehicle that we were not even interested in. Yes, it sounds crazy, right? Shaun honestly told us that our budget would not buy what we were looking for there.
Shaun took no offense whatsoever (or did not show it) on the extensive drilling of his knowledge or integrity; we were even able to laugh over those drilling questions.

Shaun showed us something that must have come from a higher knowledge, for we have walked away today with that exact same vehicle.
While another sales person showed us two vehicles that were not at all enticing, we couldn't help see that Shaun unkowingly was working on our behalf for our benefit - after all, how often does a sale work that way - it all just fell into place? It did that with our other vehicle as well.
We wish to thank you Shaun for all the "little extras" that came our way both in the sale of the vehicle and the interaction of conversation. The vehicle is exactly what I need even though I myself have to admit, it is not what I walked into the car yard to look at - lives will change today Shaun.
Thank you Shaun.

Also we would like to thank Gary for being an extra help and going that extra mile for us in sorting out spare wheel and making sure we knew what was what in dashboard.

Good morning Blain,

Thought I would touch base this morning to write a little testimonial about the great service I received for you to use how you see fit:
After only taking a few steps onto your lot I was warmly greeted by Hadley, a very personable, friendly and knowledgeable young salesman. He showed a keen interest in finding out what my needs were and my budget level then showed me around a few initial choices.

From this fantastic first experience with Discount City Cars the experience only got better as after taking a recommended vehicle for a test drive, letting the car sell itself to me as opposed to giving me the hard sell, the process of going from offer and acceptance to delivery was seamless and I was kept very well informed of how the process was tracking, my obligations and also you ably demonstrated that you take your obligations to me as a customer very seriously.

The car was presented with everything promised done as well as some things that weren't specifically mentioned but you did them anyway. That is called going the extra mile, a rare trait indeed.
Thank you for your great service, I know that in the unlikely event of anything going wrong with the car I will be looked after handsomely.

Good morning, I would like to take the time to send your team of New Lynn Discount City Cars praise for an awesome job.

Myself and my Husband came into Discount City Cars last Sunday (21/08/2016) to purchase a car. The first person we came across was Robbie fantastic guy. He took what could be a stressful experience and made it smooth and seamless. Robby listened to what we wanted and what we could afford to pay and showed us cars that would suit us and not what he wanted to sell. He explained everything clearly so that I personally could understand. Thank you for that.

Then we were taken into a consult room to start filling out the paper work, where we meet the team leader ( very sorry i cannot remember his name, but he made a great cup of tea) and he got us a great deal on the car with our car. Then we meet Blain, thank you thank you for making this part easy. Blain went through everything slowly and clearly so that nothing was missed. All details were taken and completed on the day of purchase.

Overall a fantastic experience thank you very much. I LOVE MY CAR!!

We are very impressed with Discount City Cars, particularly with their customer service! Not only did we get a really good replacement car after a very recent and dreadful accident had left us without a car, but we also received excellent treatment from the team at Discount City Cars. 

They happily made sure that we were satisfied with the car we had chosen. Blain impressed us with his people-skills; Jocelyn was so helpful at all times; theirs is a measured, calm, professional, yet friendly approach, which made us feel like valued customers. We will certainly recommend Discount City Cars to our friends; I have put the website-link on my FaceBook page, with pictures of our new car. 

Our friends are always interested in finding out where to get a decent car, for a decent price, without being badgered by pushy salespeople. It's a real bonus that Discount City Cars is a New Zealand owned and operated outfit. We love our new car. The only suggestion I can make is that the team could print off a list of work that is commonly done on their used-cars, as a check-list, then check the work that has been done on a particular car. That would be a useful thing to have as a service history of a used car. Thank you very much to the team at Discount City Cars!
